But omg, Brandy-Baby. Have you seen the stuff you write? The content you put out?? You have such a way of capturing your characters' voices that they are all so very unique. Having your replies on my dash is always such good content that I catch myself reading all of them. Everything you touch turns to gold and you should never let yourself doubt that. You are a fantastic writing partner and an amazing friend. I am so glad to know you ♥

     Her gaze moved to the man moving through across the grounds. She had heard the stories, of course, of why he had been exiled by her Lord father. But she had also heard the stories of what had happened after he had left Westeros. Both the good and the bad. How he had found Daenerys, had stayed by her side, yet had also betrayed her at some point, and had been sent away again? Though here he was once more… There had been so many stories, she had trouble keeping them separated.

     It meant not she was not curious about the man who seemed to have wriggled his way back into their Dragon Queen’s graces. Their she thought, despite not truly trusting the silver-haired Queen. It would not do anyone, especially not her, any good to voice those thoughts.

     No, but she did want to know more about him. Especially because he was a Northerner. Especially because, due to all the different stories, she was unsure if he could be trusted.

     So, she gathered her skirts and made her way towards him through the ankle-high snow that was still left in some places in the courtyard. “Ser Jorah Mormont,” she said as she stepped up behind him. “I do not think my father would have ever imagined you would walk through Winterfell again.” She inclined her head. “I am glad we have you though.”

the crown feels heavy atop his head when he stares upon jorah mormont, a man disgraced by his crimes. stannis feels the desire to set him to the flames and let his newfound god handle the sentence, since it seems that exiling mormont had only led him into the enemies’ den. robert had been so paranoid about the targaryan girl, and he had been right: there have been reports of her dragons flying around essos. . . “it is not what i want, mormont.” he says, standing tall above his newfound prisoner. “it is what i can offer you. . . your queen will lose if she touches westerosi soil. i am the one true heir to the seven thrones, and when i finally take it, i can grant you a pardon. allow you to once again take your lands in bear island. give you peace. no doubt you grow tired of travel. why not allow yourself a comfortable home to grow old in?” 

he pauses, letting it sink it. “i admire your devotion to her, but she will not save you. not here. not now. so you can give me the information i desire, or i can let the flames consume you.”

“  One of us is lying.  ”

 “Well at least is one of us” the stormcrow replies with a hint of sarcasm in his voice,  his feet crossed on top of the wooden table of the tent, the air is hot and leaves an ashy taste in the throat. Leaning forward he takes the cup where wine has been poured and drinks, the liquid is sweet and goes down quickly leaving traces os spices on his tongue.

Daario finish, and smiles, and start playing with the three prongs of his beard the purple braids with golden rings. “Let me know when you find out who is it, old bear” canines bared. If the old man was trying to threaten him that’s a war he cannot win and honestly the sell-sword would feel pretty disappointing in fighting a battle he knows he is the victorious contestant.

          “It is not scars that scare me, Ser,” her jaw tightened around her words, teeth baring behind closed lips –– scars, she could live with. Daenerys had OPEN WOUNDS, still bleeding, dripping with a grief that could not heal. Survival demanded her to do what was necessary to keep her heart beating . . . but she could still feel, EVERYDAY, how it broke when she heard her son’s fate –– how she wished to hear him cry out for her as her dragons do, as a babe should cry for their mother.  Everyday, she would remember how her sun and stars spasmed beneath her hands, struggling to breathe as breathing was all he was capable of. She hadn’t loved him when they were wed, but Daenerys knew her feelings were true as a heart would not shatter so completely by anything less. His movements weakened and slowly stopped, and with them SHE CRUMBLED. She relived it all, everyday –––– and everyday her wounds deepened.

Arms cross around her stomach ( seeking comfort, yearning for something lost –– or perhaps just to remain standing ), as she turned from Jorah. Lilac eyes fall from the window to the city below, “Some people can’t stay, despite your efforts to keep them.”

spine straightens at the tone.   he fingers dig into where his hands are resting on his forearms with crossed arms. the two men have had a sore start to this supposed partnership, and an end to it did not seem clear.

“  with due respect, i do not believe you’re in any position to be making any declarations unless    your queen     has spoken of such,  ”  he corrected, glancing to his right before he exhaled a sigh and took a step forward.    his voice lowered.      “  if we are going to have a chance to end the lannisters’ tirade, we all must learn to momentarily put our differences aside. soon as i avenge what they have done to my family, then you may have an attempt at my throat.   ”
