Oh but you look so cute with you hair long. Unfortunately I don't make kandi. It's new to me.
Why, thank you! :) Since you revealed yourself, I'll hold my end of the bargain and make you some rad kandi! What's your favorite colors/favorite things?
Oh, and just a heads up, some people frown upon the selling of kandi since the original meaning behind it was peace, love, unity, and respect. People give/trade them with one another as a physical representation of the bond between them(or at least that is the Romanticist view). Today, the majority of people regard them as fashionable eye candy that have no sentimental value. They wear them as accessories to match their outfits. This materialistic view is partly due to the rising trend of the 'rave' culture. Since part of the human condition is to follow current social trends, people mimic the pony beaded bracelets they see on the arms of festival goers while being completely unaware of their symbolism. In no way, shape, or form is one view better than the other; they are just two very different ways of seeing kandi.
I hope this was a nice introduction to kandi :P Sorry it's all in 'essay form' (that's what finals week does to me XD) I hope you don't mind if I publish this, I just think some of my followers will find my 2 cents interesting lol.
This is not a question. Rosie I am loving your hair, it's so curly-natural right? What do you know it turned into a question.
Haha. Yes, it is naturally curly, and ridiculously thick. My hairdresser used to say that she was convinced it was growing back as she was cutting it, when I used to have it very short. I actually forgot it was naturally curly for about 20 years, because I'd always had it blow-dried straight by my mum, then kept it far too short for it to get curly. I knew it was curly when I was a toddler, and when I let it grow out in 2008, I realised it still was!
This is how short it used to be...
Rosie! Hi hello, how are you?
Hey, hon. I just got in -- sorry I didn't reply sooner. I've just been to the drinks gathering to say goodbye to everyone at my office, so I'm okay, but I've been better. How are you?
