Hexagon Blanket WIP Update: COMPLETE
360-some hexagons, all crocheted together, finally done. The gradient is *chef's kiss*.
It's so much yarn, y'all. But at least it's cotton.

MY STARLITE BLANKET!!!!! IT IS (ALMOST) FINISHED!!!! YAAAAASSSS!!!!! Pattern by Alice Tarry on Ravelry :3
Here’s more process on my hexagon blanket. I have wayy more hexagons than that, but I’ve started adding white borders to make it more cohesive.
Hello villains, it's me again with another blanket. :)
66 hexagons and 11 half hexis. Continuous single crochet flat join. Learned a lot with this blanket. Weaved a lot of ends. Probably won't touch a motif blanket for a while 😅
Blue is lion brand. Maroon is...premier 6 super chunky. 10mm hook. ✌️
Came out alright from wash and dryer. Super Soft ™
Some ends peeked through but nothing unraveled. It's granny square so worked over some ends and then forward and back weaved the tails. But I think I'll always worry about it coming loose and unraveling.

I'm not sure if you can help me or not but here goes; a while back I saw, I *think* on your blog (I've scoured many knit/crochet blogs I follow so far for it) a crochet hexagon blanket made by a user on tumblr. Not the beekeeper quilt that's been going around recently, but similar. I've Googled for inspo, but the ones that appear just aren't right. It was brightly colored, and the joins between hexagons were raised, and it had been finished. Do you recall ever rb/commenting on such a post?
I’m not sure I know the one you’re thinking of. I have a bad habit of not tagging the posts I reblog, which I know makes it very difficult to search for things (sorry bout that). This (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/hexa-puff-quilt) is the only crocheted hexipuff blanket I can think of.
Does this description ring a bell for anyone?
It is done! The blanket for my boyfriend’s mom is complete, besides washing. I’m so proud of myself and can’t wait to give it to her for Christmas!
It’s finished! Woohoo!!
Aaaaaand I'm also putting together my rainbow hexagon blanket. Which I'm modeling off a blanket I saw here on tumblr, of all places.
The creator deactivated their blog, but I still have our messages from 2023, thank goodness!
No pics yet, but I should have a WIP pic later tonight once I frog what I did last night and restart from the correct side (join pattern is right to left, I start left to right).
Oh, and I have 340 hexagons to join. Pray for me.
