I'm just wondering, with the royal Mc with the sickness, is it a certain type, or is it something we get to choose?

So, I was just going to keep it vague. It's based off my own symptoms after having covid, but also tuberculosis is sexy so the plan is to have a set list of symptoms and then later on, ahem, you can choose an extra symptom <3 going to range from hacking up some blood to insomnia, etc.
