Hi! I'm 137 pounds and 5 feet 4 inches. I would like to lose about 10-15 pounds and tone up and gain a little muscle. I don't know what I should do to accomplish this though. Any tips?
I have to be honest, I'm not very good at losing weight the healthy way. I would suggest using an app like myfittnesspal to calculate how many calories you should be eating per day and also having a look around tumblr for some cardio exercises you can do. heres mine (x) try walking more places instead of getting the car or bus and whilst you're watching tv get a small box and do some step ups :)
