40 Beauty Questions

SKINCARE How many times do you wash your face daily? twice - once when I wake up to wash away the sleepiness and again at night to wash away all the days grim! What skin type do you have? combination - my forehead and nose are really dry right now because of winter but my face gets oily throughout the day. What is your current facial wash? i'm currently using a face wash by Simple for sensitive skin. Do you exfoliate? no, it irritates my skin. i have the most sensitive skin. What brand do you use? ^^ What moisturizer do you use? just a Target brand one for sensitive and dry skin. Do you have freckles? nope. Do you use eye cream? i ran out of my eye cream from Origins and haven't repurchased yet. Do you or did you have acne prone skin? i do, mostly on my chin and cheeks. What acne products do you use? i don't. MAKEUP What foundation do you use? currently i am using Loreal Lumi Cushion and it's amazing! but Revlon Colorstay is my holy grail. What concealer do you use? i am in love with Maybelline FitMe. Do you know your undertone color? yes, i have pinky undertones. What do you think of fake eyelashes? i have some but i've never worn them. i want to try them out though! Do you follow makeup expiration dates? oh yes! i am very OCD about that. What brand of mascara do you use? Maybelline Rocket Volum is my holy grail! Sephora or MAC? Sephora all the way. they have all the brands i like and the people that work there are so helpful. i am not a fan of MAC because they test on animals. Do you have a MAC pro-card? nope. What makeup tools do you use in makeup application? i use a variety of brushes as well as my beauty blender. i would die without it! Do you use makeup base/primer for the eyes? yes! for my eyeshadow primer, i use Urban Decay primer potion. under the eyes, i use my Maybelline FitMe concealer. i've been testing out a few under eye bases also. For the face? i'm currently testing out some primers because i haven't found any that really do the whole job. right now, i'm trying Covergirl Tru Blend face primer for dry skin & Maybelline Master Prime. Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner? i use liquid or cream. i'm not a fan of pencils. What has been your biggest eyeliner mishap? i can't do a wing to save my life! What do you think of pigments? i love them! very fun to work with. Do you use mineral makeup? i do not. What is your favorite lipstick? currently, Maybelline Vivid Matte liquid lipstick in Electric Pink & Rebel Red. What is your favorite lipgloss? i actually HATE lipgloss. like with a passion. What is your favorite blush to use? NARS Orgasm. Have you ever bought makeup on eBay? i personally haven't but one year for Christmas, the Sephora Favorites set they put out every year was sold out so my mom got it on eBay. Do you like drugstore makeup? love it! Do you go to CCOs? nope. Did you ever consider taking makeup classes? yes! i would love to. Are you clumsy at putting on makeup? no, i'm very good and steady. Name a makeup crime that you hate. foundation that doesn't match. and overdone bronzer. or not contouring correctly. Do you like colorful shades of makeup or neutral ones? i gear towards neutral but i play with colors too. Which celebrity always has great makeup? she's a makeup artist (i don't focus on celebs too much) but Lou Teasdale! If you could leave the house using just one makeup item, what would you use? mascara. Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on? yeah, i do it quite often. Do you think you look good without makeup on? depends on the day and how my skin is looking. What is the best makeup line? there's a few - Urban Decay, NARS & Benefit are my favorites. What makeup line don’t you like? there aren't really lines i don't like, just some products in lines.
