Today I gave in and meditated to the letter of the day on Sesame Street. It came to this because there was no where to go. No where to take a moment and no time. So, I sat on the floor next to my son’s high chair, closed my eyes and got it done. Mozart giggled at Elmo and threw half of his breakfast on the top of my head. It’s “F” by the the way.
