For the record. We have to give ourselves a little credit. Two years in a row we've ridden our bikes from the Sonesta to The Black Marlin Grill. It is 4 miles there and 4 miles back. What most people don't know is that Hilton Head has a "no lights" policy. Pretty much no street lights and no "big" lighted signage. So our first time we rode there in the daylight. But! - coming back it was dark - and I do mean dark!!! There wasn't even any moonlight that night. Well - I was laughing so hard I could hardly pedal. 😂🤣😂 Steve kept wrecking into the trees and going off "the path". It was a "ride to remember"! (Not to be confused with the book/movie "walk to remember"! 😬).
