Beautiful hotel. Horrible service. If you went to Puerto Rico and paid a lot of money to stay in an ocean front hotel room and got this as your view, would you be happy? We are Hilton Diamond members. We were here for a conference. It is customary to ask for an upgrade, so we did, asking for an ocean side room which we requested when we booked the stay. What they gave us in sunny Puerto Rico was a room facing the maintenance shed and called it a poolside view (pics attached.) It looked more like a Motel 6 view. They told us they they were doing repairs to a room facing the beach and would let us know when an ocean side view was ready...possibly the next day. Never happens and the nightmare continues. We are spending most of our vacation trying to make these people respect the brand name if nothing else.
