Today was my eighth silks class and I am certainly feeling a lot stronger. I still need to work on my climbing technique but my arm strength is improving week by week. I can now climb up the silks with my arms into movements like hip hold and gazelle - maybe if we climbed a rope in P.E when I was at school I would have a greater understanding of climbing! If anyone has any tips on climbing the silks please let me know!
