AHHHFHDJDBDJS DUUUDE IF YOU'RE UP FOR IT WE COULD DO A THREAD WITH THE TIME MACHINE IDEA LIKE HIRO COULD USE FRED'S KNOWLEDGE ON SCIFI STUFF TO BUILD IT??? AND JUST I'M HAVING SO MANY FEELINGS OCER THIS RIGHT NOW OKAY HDHDJDBSJDBJD
((OGOSH AND A NEW IDEA COMES ALONGFred’s always wanted to build a time machine, and with the help of the rest of the team, he then has a hand in building one. And while every single one of them has their own ideas for using the time machine, guess where Hiro wants to go I bet you Fred wants to go to a time when his dad was younger, just to see how he was like ;w;))
AND HEY RANDOM THOUGHT hiro trying to build a time machine so he could see tadashi again
((Hiro then gets as close as he can to past!Tadashi without being seen. The sound of his voice, his mere presence alleviates the pain he carried that came with losing him. Then he realizes he must not make his presence known to past!Tadashi or the fabric of time could be warped in all the worst ways. Which means Hiro can’t speak to or touch him.And imagine Hiro traveled back to the time when he, as a little kid, was being tucked into bed by Tadashi, and when his brother tells his younger self to sleep well, present!Hiro tears up and whispers that he hopes Tadashi would sleep well too.i jUST REALLY LOVE THIS IDEA OKAY ;w;))
Headcanon: Never ask Baymax to swat away a fly from your plate or kill a mosquito or a cockroach or whatever. Chances are, he'll end up calling it his "invertebrate baby".
But an anti-hero AU where Hiro does run into the building after Tadashi, but it explodes with the both of them in it. Tadashi doesn't survive, but Hiro does; unfortunately, everything beneath his waist was amputated so he's confined to a wheelchair when he gets out. And then Hiro finds a way to rebuild the microbots; he then uses it to form his lower body in the shape of an enormous, 20-feet snake. Fueled by resentment and anger, he then goes after whoever was responsible for the explosion, leaving anyone who stands in his way in a broken and beaten mess maybe even his friends as well.

[ hxneylemon and honeylemonicetea ] Sooooo, about that Doctor Who AU for Big Hero 6.... If you can imagine Baymax as a Time Lord, then you're in luck, because in this AU, Baymax is the Time Lord in all his incarnations. You're probably wondering why he doesn't change appearance every time he regenerates. Well, Baymax claims that he does change appearance; he claims that he looks a lot rounder every time he regenerates. And he claims to speak in a different accent with each change. But there's a reason why he tries to keep his appearance that way, and that'll be explained in a while. As for his companions, well at one point Hiro, Gogo, Fred, Wasabi, and Honey were all his companions. And as for the TARDIS, well, it's pretty much the same outside (and because of that, Baymax has some trouble getting out of it sometimes), but on the inside, it resembles Tadashi's lab. Now here's the reason why Baymax hardly changes appearance through regenerations. See, his real first incarnation is in the form of Tadashi Hamada. And the reason why incarnations after his are basically the same appearance (i.e., Baymax), is because of something he did or something he failed to do. See, Hiro and Tadashi are brothers in this AU, but the latter had at one point failed to protect Hiro from something that nearly killed him. Wracked by guilt over his failure, he sent his brother to Earth, wiped him of all his memories, and asked a certain Aunt Cass to take care of him. He also reincarnated himself into Baymax and kept that form out of fear that if he took on any other form, he'll hurt more people. He believes that Baymax's huggable, non-threatening design will be less likely to harm people and sticks with that appearance for as much as he can. But one day he hopes to make it up to his brother in some way, and that they'll be able to reunite and that Hiro will be able to forgive his brother for his mistake. On a lighter note, Doctor!Baymax has a near-precocious fascination towards humans. Specifically with their sweets. He particularly likes lollipops despite not being able to eat them. (and that's all I got so far XD))
Headcanon: Apart from the fact that it's the closest thing to hugging his brother, the reason why Hiro gets emotional when hugging Baymax is because he reminds Hiro of a fancy-looking pillow Tadashi gave to him on one of his birthdays, and Hiro loved cuddling up to that pillow when he sleeps. In fact, he sought comfort in hugging said pillow after his brother's death.
