Time Can Never Kill the True Heart || (Miwa Arc, Part 1)
"...has she always been this stubborn?"
Standing in front of Miwa's dorm room was what appeared to be a new student. Like Miwa, she was dressed in Lolita. She wasn't much taller than Miwa, and was very petite in general.
The girl tapped her foot impatiently, knocking on the door once more. A loud kick to the door sent the girl skittering backwards in surprise. She cursed softly, going up to the door again. Humming a soft tune, she chuckled to herself.
"It's been 3 years on the dot, Miwa-chan! Please come out. I need to return the parting gift you left me with."
For a second, there was silence. The door handle turned, and then stopped. Miwa wasn't coming out there anytime soon it seemed.
"Miwa-chan. Are you going to be a little girl even now? It's been 3 years. Come out."
The door handle turns rather violently and with a slam, the door opens. Miwa seems to be a bit disoriented, as if she's been thinking about something. She stares at the girl and backs up into her room even further.
"Miwa-chan! My, my, what a fine young lady you've blossomed into!"
Miwa is silent, simply staring at the girl in disbelief. She opens her mouth to say something, but nothing comes out. The girl laughs.
"Miwa-chan, do you really have nothing to say? Where the fuck are all those words you used to ruin me? Where the hell are those words that you confessed to me with? Why aren't you speaking? Is there something wrong?"
Miwa looks shocked and before she can even react, the girl punches her square in the jaw. Miwa spits out blood, and her arm shoots up to cradle her jaw.
The girl smiles sweetly, and turns to walk away.
"I'm back, and I'm gonna make your life a living HELL, Miyagi! Happy Valentine's Day, you stupid fucker. Love, Hiroko Hisashi."
Miwa says nothing for a while, and after Hiroko is gone, she goes back into her room and begins to cry.
