I'm crying because I had to write a memoir for a holocaust survivor and my person has such a touching story. I did mine on Leon Leyson, the youngest boy on "Schindler's List" Years after the war, a few survivors and Leyson invited Schindler to L.A. When Leyson worked in the factory, Schindler gave him the nickname "Little Leyson" He doubted that Schindler would recognize him, but he was still happy to see him.
However, when the two saw eachother, Schindler is said to have remarked, "I who you are. You're Little Leyson!"
*grossly sobs* IT WAS YEARS AND HE STILL REMEMBERED HIM!!!!!
