I love how Hoar is actually paying attention to Diggle and listening to what he's saying because he's concerned about the quality of their food. It's what his captain eats among other things and this is serious!!!!!11!!1!!

He obviously stopped in the middle of something just to listen, while not many others did and I appreciate that from him. He does laugh at "add salt" but like. that was kind of funny. from their view anyway.

Hoar goes to Wall afterwards to either hand over what he's holding or talk to him about the food concerns. I assume it's the former but a man can dream right?

By the way there's a really quick shot where Morfin (i think it's him??) laughs and just walks off and doesn't hear the rest of the conversation.

I'm not 100% certain on him being Morfin (not used to him smiling) but in case it is him after all... the foreshadowing in this show is fucking insane. it's everywhere. im so sorry Morfin.

getting emotional about ed hoar's little anchor stamp again and the way the anchor falls from the O in Hoar and all the different drafts he probably doodled of the anchor dropping from different letters in his name or down at the end and settling on this design and carving it out carefully when he had the time
