How to Make Magical Black Salt

Some magical traditions incorporate black salt into spellwork and ritual. Try making your own for an added personal touch.

Protection and Cleansing Spell

Ingredients:

- Hot Water

- Drinking Glass

- Salt, Cinnamon, and Red Pepper Flakes

- A protection sigil of your own design.

Procedure:

1. Pour hot (not boiling and not warm) water into a glass. It will work if done through a faucet. Storm water or sea water is not necessary.

2. Add in herbs in an amount you deem necessary.

3. Charge under both sunlight and moonlight.

4. Dip the protection sigil in the water. Make sure the whole design is submerged. Then carefully use the sigil to spred the mixture on doorways and mirrors.

5. (Optional) Cleanse your hands and then dip your fingers into the mixture to draw other sigils or runes like Algiz.

6. Rinse out in sink afterwards.

Mugwort Tea Recipie

Mugwort Tea can help with clairvoyance and astral travel.

-Hot Water

-Microwave Safe Cup (2x)

-Spoonful of Dried Mugwort (2-3 tsp)

- Coffee filters

Instructions

Put water in a microwave-safe cup and put it on high for 2-3 minutes.

Take it out and put in a spoonful of dried mugwort.

Let steep for 5-10 minutes.

Place a series of coffee filters over a new cup and slowly pour the tea through the filters when done steeping. You may need to adjust the location as the tea gets higher.

After it is filtered, add sweeteners and enjoy.

Do not use sigils that contain an "or" scenario. Not only may you find that you don't desire the course of action the sigil manifests, but you may find the manifestation to change course in a different direction.
