What if psychic ability is a skill you can train, not a gift you are born with?
Most people treat psychic ability as something you either have or you do not. Psionics starts from the opposite assumption: that perception, intuition, and even mind-to-mind contact behave like trainable skills that respond to structure, practice, and honest feedback.
The word covers a whole family of abilities: reading impressions at a distance, sensing intention, picking up information the ordinary senses missed. What they share is attention, a steady and receptive kind of focus you can strengthen the same way a musician trains an ear.
This is where remote viewing comes in. It is a repeatable protocol rather than a mystical talent: blind targets, written impressions, and honest feedback that tells you when a signal was real and when imagination filled the gap. That feedback loop is what turns "maybe I sensed something" into a skill you can actually rely on.

Throughout my life I’ve experienced receiving what I would call visions, glimpses, and moments of knowing. Sometimes I know when someone is about to reach out to me, or when someone is holding me strongly in their mind. Sometimes I receive a sudden image of someone I know whether I’m fully awake or somewhere between sleeping and waking. These things come on their own, I don’t go looking for them and I don’t chase them. They reach my own channel.
Recently something new happened to me. I experienced a taste in my mouth that had no place being there, only to later realize it was connected to something happening elsewhere with someone I know. That had never happened to me before… through taste. It made me wonder if this ability is unfolding in ways I haven’t experienced yet.
I’ve stopped dismissing these moments when my psychic abilities arise because they’ve been accurate enough throughout my life and have occurred enough times that I’ve learned to trust my own experience. I don’t feel the need to convince anyone else of what I’ve lived. What I’ve been reflecting on most, though is that these gifts aren’t always easy for me to carry.
Sometimes I receive glimpses of people I love, even when they’re no longer part of my daily life, and if I’m honest, I don’t always know that I want to know. Sometimes it feels like an intrusion into my own inner world. Yet at the same time, I can’t deny that these experiences have become part of my relationship with the unseen.
I’m still learning. I want to understand this ability more deeply and continue developing it with discernment. I want to learn when to receive, when to remain silent, and when to simply let the experience be without needing to act on it.
I believe if I could focus all of my mental energy I could blow your head clean off with my mind. I have adhd
