WHERE: The Wolf Den WITH: @thedarkestpartofhollis
Cynric was somewhat of a mess and he figured that he had been for quite some time. Only now, his efforts to conceal that fact weren’t as effective as they’d once been, and after his public, bloody blunder, there was no point in lying to himself or anyone else about it. And so he'd finally reached his breaking point, and now that he knew what that felt like, he knew he couldn't try to outrun it any longer.
It was why he’d found himself at the Wolf Den, eagerly seeking out a moment of the alpha’s time. Hollis was one of the few he trusted with something that played this close to the chest. Spotting him among the others, Cynric wasted little time coming forward. “Ya got a minute?” He murmured, voice low and little more than a rumble. “Need to run somethin’ by ya.” True to his nature, he tried to keep it vague. Somehow that felt better than admitting he’d fucked up and needed help. By now, though, he guessed that Hollis had heard about what happened— tidbits, at the very least. But those tidbits had a way of creeping up on him and speaking to a much larger issue, one that Cynric had tried to ignore for far too long.
