Easy like Sunday morning ☀️️💫💕 I think sometimes early morning yoga means you have to listen to your body more; ask rather than tell. You move super easy & gently to wake up & feel. It helps tune you in & get ready for what the day brings.... Oscar was super keen for some attention, and he is just 1/4 of the furry friends in our house wanting love... now I can hear 2 dogs who are making noises that you would be forgiven for thinking they were being tortured as it's 7am and we haven't gone out for a walk yet 🙈#HomeFullOfLove #NeedyPets
