This coconut flour pizza crust is a gluten-free and low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crusts. It's both delicious and easy to make, making it a great choice for those with dietary restrictions or anyone looking for a healthier pizza option.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut flour. 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 3 large eggs. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup warm water.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Slowly add the warm water to the mixture, stirring continuously until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little more water. Place the dough on a parchment paper-lined pizza stone or baking sheet. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten and shape the dough into a pizza crust of your desired thickness. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown. Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Slice, serve, and enjoy your coconut flour pizza!
