我個人比較喜歡偏酸的果醬。 前幾天用了日本柚子做一款酸酸甜甜很清新的柚子果醬，果醬的香氣原自果皮的精油，所以一定不能缺少果皮。 余用削刀溫柔的把柚子皮削下來，（記得皮要洗乾淨）果皮底層白色的部分吃起來會有點苦澀，所以要將它刮到一層薄紗的厚度做起來的果醬才好吃。 糖方面我用一半麥芽糖+冰糖，效果感覺比用純砂糖更香濃，喜歡酸度強烈的可以多加些檸檬汁，（果皮和果肉的比例1:1），充滿果皮的果醬吃起來會有QQ的感覺。 試過木糖醇的版本，味覺後勁不知為什麼帶點要吃西藥的微苦。算了，吃一點點糖不會怎麼樣。 #cookingqq #homemichelin #eatwithqq #grapefruitjam https://www.instagram.com/p/CMJbJv7gIXy/?igshid=1a9b85a661q1q
