I don’t care what people say, I love peplum! Cut and fabric can make all the difference when turning a white shirt/black pants look into something a bit more fun, and the lace and cut of this top make it a lot more interesting than another top might be. The black tank top I think makes things a bit more stylish, too, instead of trying to blend in with the white lace. The heat is kicking up here!

It’s warm enough to not layer except for cardigans! And it’s so, so nice! It’s so nice I could just go out out and dance for joy!

Because it's March, the weather is beginning to turn a bit in Japan, so in my prefecture its warm enough to go out without bulking up too much. I like this particular outfit because it's one I can wear to work as well, with alterations. At my junior high school, I can wear this with plain black or nude tights and more simple jewelry. It might be a bit risque on top but a good cardigan can make a big difference in making something really fitted into being something work appropriate.
