Every single human being on this planet has commitments. They could be big or small, important or trivial. Though, no matter what the commitment is, it should be taken seriously.  You may think, “Oh, it’s just this,” or, “Oh, it’s just that,” but each commitment you make is training you for the ones you will have to make in the future. You need to focus on the ones you have now so that when something larger comes along, you will be prepared for it.

Oh my god, guys, you don’t understand. My school starts in two weeks, and my best friend is moving soon, and I am going to be doing a dance class which sounds really fun, but it is making me feel so stressed and anxious, because I don’t know if I will be with my friends in the class, and I have to fix my schedule, and it is just a lot to think about!
