See you walk around with a dream That most don't see Waste your life and your dreams Supporting an adult like a newborn who is hungry Breastfeeding the need while you starve but work in these streets Slave to a master who make sure to emotionally and financially bankrupt you so you can't leave Your friends progress while you stare in horror looking at the things you feel now you can't achieve This new found problem destroys your life due to his inability to take responsibility While you sit there and play house with a man with no ambition but claims he has dreams So it seems now you just a pawn up his sleeve for survival and the icing to the cake he calls you wifey How can you be a wife to someone who lacks the energy to believe That fronting on ig and social media isn't reality Your bills raise while he lives rent free Your insecurity builds while you think if he's loving someone else other than me Mad everyday saying this shit ain't for me But if it isn't then cut the Bullshit and leave.
