The Osterman Station
I was bothered that group leaders kept sending me their “biggest guys” to reset stones and let the girls clean. So I asked all the girls one day who would like to use the chain hoist and took the first four that raised their hands. They reset all morning and refused to quite when their teacher send others to re-leave them. Girls can work as hard as anyone and I am glad that I got to spend the day teaching these four how to reset.
Pictures of me working on the HOPE Crew project at Chalmette National Cemetery. It is hard being back at the desk after having so much fun moving stones.
