Hortifrut buys Peru’s Talsa SA | Packer
"Hortifrut has signed a merger agreement with Peru-based berry supplier Talsa SA. The agreement, according to Hortifrut website, is worth $160 million and will allow Hortifrut to expand blueberry production in Peru to about 5,400 acres.
