Does anyone else sometimes have the sense they’re aware but also simultaneously unaware of what’s going on a lot of the time?

Like say Headmate A did something and then switched with Headmate B who didn’t see them do it but B has this like faint sense that they know what A did but if they were asked about it they’d struggle to actually put it into words and would have to directly consult A about it

Or conversely, Headmate A is doing something currently while B is co-conscious but otherwise wasn’t paying attention to the outside until that point, so A simultaneously knows exactly what they’re doing and what the date is and why they’re there but they feel B’s confusion and unfamiliarity with the situation and have to explain it to them

Idk if this is making any sense akdnsk

This just happens to me quite a bit and I thought to bring it up
