These delicious hot chocolate sticks will make your hot chocolate experience even better. When added to a warm cup of milk, they create a decadent and entertaining treat that is perfect for making rich and creamy hot chocolate. Personalize with your preferred toppings!
Ingredients: 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup of heavy cream. 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows. Wooden sticks or lollipop sticks. Optional toppings: crushed candy canes, sprinkles, or caramel drizzle.
Instructions: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined. Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone ice cube molds or silicone candy molds, filling each cavity about halfway. Place a wooden stick into each cavity, making sure it stands upright. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of each chocolate-filled mold, pressing them gently into the mixture. Optional: Add crushed candy canes, sprinkles, or drizzle caramel on top for extra flavor and decoration. Place the molds in the refrigerator and let the chocolate harden for at least 2 hours, or until completely set. Once set, carefully remove the chocolate sticks from the molds. To enjoy, simply heat a cup of milk and stir in the hot chocolate stick until it melts into a rich and creamy hot chocolate. Serve and enjoy your hot chocolate on a stick!
