After a discussion between Phoebe and I, we have decided that from now on, Home of the Panthers is a CLOSED ROLEPLAY. We will no longer be accepting new members into our roleplay. We’re sorry to anyone who wanted to join us, but due to the OOC drama caused by previous members of our roleplay that have since left/been kicked out, we’ve decided this was for the best as we’ve begun to get tired of the anonymous messages and immature behavior. If there is anyone that doesn’t want to take part in this, please message the main with your unfollow. The main will now only be used for events, tasks and admin updates.

HOMECOMING HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED. This can be played out through paras, gif chats, tweets, snapchats, texts, pretty much anything. Our party in the woods will be done as a chatzy at 6 PM EST.

So, we’ve been hearing about a lot of complaints from some of the members here about cliqueness within the RP and we’d just like to address this matter for everyone. The people that have been accused for being cliquey are those who always make the effort to plot with everyone, always reply to starters and make it their mission to make people feel welcome. This isn’t just something we’re saying, it’s facts and it’s something you can all go check on their page. They abide by all of the rules of replying to starters before posting their own, and they have plots with people outside of their cliques. Now, in regards to us admins ‘not doing anything about it’, this is also untrue. We have purposely made events with groups so that we can mix up people and make people interact who haven’t interacted before. We have spoken to people about cliqueness, made posts on our character accounts as we didn’t want this coming on to the main, but to be quite frank, we’ve had enough of this. We put a lot of hard work and effort into this roleplay, both when it started and with the revamp, so we hate to see things like this. The one thing that is most irritating about this situation is how no one has actually come to us and voiced their complaints, they’ve simply used other people to do so and send anonymous messages. If y’all had that much of a problem, we’d like to think that you’d be mature enough to speak to us about it – off anonymous and not through other people. Another thing we can’t understand is how people can be accused of being cliquey by people who are cliquey themselves. If you are part of the problem and won’t attempt to fix it, as we have been trying to do for a while now, please don’t complain about it. If you are feeling so uncomfortable that you are threatening to leave to your friends, but not mentioning anything to us, feel free to leave. We made this roleplay so it could be a platform where people could forget about the drama in their real lives, not so OOC drama could come here. This has been a warning, and if we hear of any more drama like this, we won’t hesitate to begin to remove people from the roleplay – without notification, for you have already been warned. Please like this once it has been read. If you have any concerns, feel free to message us.
