10.2.16 . Houzoumon is a second story gate. Apparently both stories house many of Sensouji temple's treasures, such as statues of gods, lanterns, and sutras. . One of the more interesting treasures (in my opinion) is a giant pair of straw sandals (waraji). They were made by villagers, but are meant to symbolize Buddha's power.
