Why does it work? 1 makes it where the shooter has to worry about everyone having a gun. 2 anyone can be a hero anyone can save someone. 3 places with less guns have more shootings happen. Example schools where there may be 2 guns in the whole school and thousands of people. Conpared to a gun store where there is more guns per person. Yet gun stores get shoot up less.
