Course introduction
During the course of this one-day workshop, participants will prepare and conduct a performance appraisal interview. In preparing for the meeting, they will address the barriers to effective performance management, prepare meaningful and measurable objectives and review communication styles required to create a culture of open communication, feedback and positive performance management.
