Hey so I just thought of something.
These are the three Maids and the three Witches, their aspects are Space that represents Creation, Life that represents uh Life, and Time that represents Death. So these three remind me of these other three:
The three Fates from greek mythology, AKA the Moirai. The three goddesses responsible for the circle of life and personifications of fate. Clotho creates the thread of life, Lachesis measures it, and Atropos cuts it when the time comes.
So uh, just to spell it out. Clotho=Porrim and Jade, Lachesis=Jane and Feferi and Atropos=Aradia and Damara.
And these are the Fates as shown in Persona 5 because I like their designs.
And to add to that, the three are maybe children of the Goddess Nyx, personification of the night and in HS she is the Denizen for Void players. So it’s a “Life being created out of nothing” Kind of deal.
Edit: Oh and I this also makes me think of the three weird sisters from Macbeth. Their “visions” were responsible for what happens in the play, leaving ambiguous, whether or not that was fated to happen, or they had control over it. As in, they could have served as Maids, merely obeying what was fated to happen, or as Witches, controlling and manipulating the events. Same thing with The Moirai, who are in control of the thread of life, but are only doing what’s supposed to happen anyways.
And hey, HS likes to bring up free will and fate a lot, so that’s neat.
