Hammers are totally underrated in popular culture. It’s always all about the swords. Excalibur. Durendal. The Master Sword. Frostmourne. How many named hammers are there in fiction? Sure, there are a few: Mjolnir, the Doomhammer in World of Warcraft, but not nearly as many.
I’ll take something that can literally crush my enemies any day of the week.

Diamonds? Garnets? Blocks of gold? Those are all easy to come by. But a single quartz gemstone? That is all but impossible to find! However, I happen to know exactly where the kids could find a huge stockpile of Quartz if they need it...

Of course it's obvious what's going on in here. It's another one of those four monitored house-shaped terminal thingies.
Despite the sarcastic tone of the text box, this thing really is old hat to us since we’ve been following the Exiles around. For John on the other hand, it feels like he’s gotten a peak behind the curtain so to speak. The Veil is kind of the “back end” of the game, and normally you don’t let your players see that sort of thing. There’s something just slightly foreboding about that.
