So about our #DateNight Saturday night… it’s been a WHILE since my daughter last attended an event with me. We received a special guest invite to @official_redboxingpromotions event courtesy of @reyrodis and @rayrokeldobler which we simply had to accept. This young lady has busted her buns this last year as a HS student (Freshman Year) but more so as an #Athlete. Going from #JiuJitsu to #HSWrestling to making the #HSSoftball team and now #ClubTravelSoftball . She’s had several opportunities to do a bit of #Modeling and seeing the pictures after the fact, simply blows my mind when I realize that my baby girl is growing up before my eyes way too fast 😔 😢 Needless to say, because of our busy schedules it’s not too often we get to hang out so we decided to have a #DadAndDaughterDateNight. I had such a great time with her, I was quite surprised by her comments as we sat there in the front row playing commentators for each match (between ourselves)… she has a keen eye for what takes place in a ring during a match. Definitely a proud moment as I took her comments in; she has learned well and is pretty good narrating what she sees during a match. She’s grown up around combat sports and many of the fighters I work with and definitely appreciates the hard work they put in as they master their craft. I truly believe that she’s used their examples to better herself in all she does. @jewelle.noelani has always made me a proud father and I can’t wait for our next #DateNight.
