omg you guys I figured out of to enable caption to my theme woohooo!

Okay so I figured I should share this because this is an awesome discovery. 

go to your theme, html page, find the code set for pictures it will say something like {block:Photo}

then you look for this

{block:PermalinkPage}{block:Caption}<div class="cap">{Caption}</div>{/block:Caption}{block:PermalinkPage}{/block:Photo}

delete {block:PermalinkPage}{block:Caption} and {/block:Caption}{block:PermalinkPage}

voila!

done

ps. of your theme has a code set for photoset posts like this {block:Photoset} just do the same
