compared to my previous work, theme five is a minimalist approach to contained themes.  it’s best suited for character blogs, rpts, or personals.  if you appreciate my work, donations are appreciated.

clique no botão “strip” e copie o novo código

substitua em “html” o novo código e voilá!

I really like the fonts you use with your theme and any theme you made. Do you mind giving a few recs or links for good fonts? (:

Of course. But first, make sure you actually know how to insert custom fonts to your theme. To learn how to insert Google fonts to your code ( which is the easiest, in my opinion ), check out THIS tutorial, or THIS ONE. For all the other fonts that you may find on other sources, which is a very steps longer than Google fonts, check out THIS tutorial for instructions.

For my bolded texts, I usually go with something simply and easily readable, only slightly more different than what my regular text would look like. I really like Montserrat, which is what I use on my own blog. I also really like Roboto and Railway. If you want something outside of Google Fonts however, you can check out Fashion Fetish, or if you want something not as ‘strict’ and with a little more curves ( that’s what he said, heh ), check out Rock Salt.

I think italic fonts are more fun to pick because of... well, obvious reasons. If you want to take the easy way and just go straight to Google Fonts, I recommend the following: Dancing Script, Sacramento, Homemade Apple and Zeyada. As far as other platforms go, I really like the looks of Starfish ( which is what I am using right now ), Watermelon and Mocking Script.

My obvious go-to websites when it comes to looking for fonts are GOOGLE FONTS and DAFONT, like the other 99% of the internet who ever had to look for fonts. You can also check out the recommendations of W RESOURCES about free fonts, which really look awesome and I’m about to browse through them myself.

Hello! I was wondering if you could tell me how to widen the posts to 400px on your second base code. I tried to do it myself, but messed it up all kinds of ways. Thank you for taking out the time to even read this.

Hello :) It’s very easy to do, actually.

First, search with CTRL + F and find the part where it says /* CONTAINER AND POSTS */ That’s where I put all my settings about the general ‘skeleton’ of the container. Now, if you want to change the width of your posts, make sure you change the width amount under both #container and #posts. Just changing one of them won’t be enough, and it will end up lookibg very odd. You can also adjust the #content if you want to edit the margins between posts and your container, but that’s often not very necessary if the change you intend to make is small.
