Lihua and Alucard are both only children, but raised with completely different groups of people.

Alucard while raised by his biological parents,though out the series it’s implied he grew up really isolated from other people.

Lihua wasn’t raised by his biological parents and instead raised by his mom’s side of the family and all the community around them. However. all that community was primarily older.

Something else that I think about in the context of Lihua being a fox spirit him having a higher internal body temperature than normal people. Like humans have 37 °C (98.6 °F) while he was an internal body temperature of 38.7 °C (101.7 °F).

So he is technically a walking heater during winter.

Something that I think about a lot in the context of Lihua’s being a fox spirit is that he has scent glands in his jaw/chin. Which is why he constantly rests his chin on greta or alucard.
