Sorry if this is a dumb question but I understand Hugh Dancy's new show The Path will air on Hulu, I'm not from the States and know very little about Hulu. So does this mean Hulu have exclusive rights and the only way to view the show worldwide is through Hulu themselves or could they sell the rights to other distributors around the world? As an international Hugh Dancy fan any info would be really appreciated, thanks :-)
Initial signs are disappointing.
Hopefully closer to it actually airing, there will be something worked out for international markets.
I have to imagine that having plans for international distribution must be integral to building their original content plans!
Not just with The Way The Path (which because of the cast has an international appeal), but with 11/22/63, which as a Stephen King adaptation is likely to have pretty broad appeal, they’re not going to want to lose income opportunities.
