I’m still so proud of this sketch and it still remains the best face I’ve drawn to date. I need to color this one of these days.

I’m greatly enjoying Island Sanctuary and can fully realize Vaard’s happy retirement owning some farmland and a stag farm to raise (aka my discount talbuks since they’re the closest thing I can find.)

I’ve been giving FFXIV a try and wanted to try and figure out what Hyur!Vaard would look like. Trying to figure out human Vaard was really odd, and his side braid looked so strange and empty without his horn and crest, so I’m definitely leaning more towards the back braid.

It’s been a while since I’ve just sat down and sketched with no worries about tidiness or end result. It was really relaxing. I should definitely do it more.
