Midam Week Day 6: Our Place In The Setting Sun
“Penny for your thoughts?” Adam said as he sat down on the edge of the deck, his feet tickled by the grass the same way Michael's were.
When Michael didn't reply at first, Adam turned his head to the horizon, where it was set ablaze by the lowering sun.
“I wasn't really thinking,” Michael said at last. He shifted one foot so that it dug into the dirt, the sensation of the earth against him still unfamiliar in so many way.
“I thought it was impossible not to think?” Adam's voice was soft and his eyes crinkled at the corners – another sign that Michael had been away for too long, had taken years to return to his side.
Adam was a man now, rather than a boy. And Michael was...
Well. He wasn't sure what he was.
Hi, sorry for the inconvenience but I've been meaning to ask questions on tumblr. The question is the following.
If there was a Michael and Adam (Midam) series. which actor would you propose for Michael. This yes it would be looking for a chemistry for Jake Abel.
Excuse my English
Hey there!
Thank you so much for dropping by my ask box! That's such an interesting question! I always like to ask people what they imagine Michael looks like if they would be in two bodies, or if it was a human AU, because obviously, Matt Cohan wouldn't work for the simple reason that he plays young John. Personally, I also don't think AU-Michael is a good fit. While Christian Keyes did an amazing job, that character is just not what the original Michael is like (or ever was)
I spend quite some time looking for a face I would like for Michael, and for whatever reason, I didn't like looking at better-known faces. Instead, I went down the Pinterest "dark-haired man" wormhole and scrolled and clicked through page after page XD
And I found this guy and decided, jup, that's what I will picture Michael looking like in any two-body scenario.
The Models Name is Alexis Petit, if you want to look him up.
Anyway, that doesn't answer the question of who I would cast as Michael to actually act in a show - because frankly, that answer is: No one. It HAS TO BE Jake Able, because there is just no one who could have that much chemistry with him than himself! (And honestly, Imagine a whole show with the one-body concept. It would be soooo damn interesting. There is so much potential!
So, there is the answer XD Hope it's still satisfying.
;; He’s just ;; a widdle guy ;;
Human Michael: *injured and bleeding severely*
EMT: Whats your blood type?
Human Michael: Blood? Oh, yeah, I have that. It’s red.
EMT: No, I mean what what’s your blood type?
Human Michael, getting increasingly confused: It’s red???
tgp huh

"Exciting is one way to put it, sure." He grinned. "I try not to make it a habit... buuuuuut I think it worked out in my favor this time~." Michael gave the other a wink, though it turned into a small wince. He'd felt worse pain, if the scars on the front and back of his torso were anything to go by. He'd lost his shirt when he was quite suddenly kicked out of the party, through the window no less. He doubted he'd ever get it back, even if it was one of his favorites.
Really pushing my luck today with this version of Michael, the censor makes me laugh though. I have full brain rot I’m so sorry.
