Nyhm is way scarier when I write her than when I draw her lmao it's like.
drawing Nyhm : looks like a person, and looks at least mildly annoyed in every drawing
writing Nyhm : You Can Feel The Void That Fills This Weird Silhouette Whose Contours You Cannot Truly Fathom. You Realize As You Faint That This Is Not Just A Void, An Emptiness, It Is Death Itself
what's up with that
#i think it comes from the fact that I can't truly draw monsters because I have never practiced much#and the fact that Nyhm very much used to be a person#human-looking#and now that she's a shapeshifter she uses it for Scary Purposes#that and the whole Dark-type thingy#now she sounds like a Pokemon but I promise it makes sense in context#2nd World#(is going to be the tag for that bit of the universe)
