Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 2 cups cooked chickpeas. 1/4 cup tahini. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley and pine nuts for garnish.
Instructions: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. In a food processor, combine cooked chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
