basically i had a mental breakdown today and was probably the worst experience of my life. god bless sam m******e for being an angel to me. but my head still hurts and my body aches from breathing so rapidly and almost passing out and having my hands and feet go numb. i dont even know why im posting this here but i am and maybe its just to say im not getting better. its only gotten worse.
