Hunter knew he shouldn’t. They were trying to go slow. They weren’t ready yet. Not for this. Especially not in public. But when he saw the mistletoe, he knew it was now or never. He had an opportunity here, and if he didn’t take it, he knew he’d regret it.
“Hey, Scully,” he said, grabbing Rory’s arm to pull him to a stop. “Guess what?” He smiled before stepping closer, taking Rory’s face in his hand as he kissed him, deeply.
