“A Bustle, A Corset, and the London Necropolis Express” (English)

A woman gone missing and her colleagues trying to discover what has happened. The only clues are occasional telegrams which are long on text but short on information. Two things complicate their search. The city is in the grips of a smallpox pandemic, the grips of a smallpox pandemic – the first of the twentieth century and the last (one hopes) for that particular disease. The three women also have to keep a business running. They face the usual challenges of competition, tight prices and machines that threaten to take their jobs. They are oddsmakers – “actuaries” is the technical term. They calculate the odds of profit and loss, of sickness and health, of life in the city and of passage on the London Necropolis Express, the train to the distant cemeteries that London has opened.

Character sheet(?) of my HWMS MC, Kyril

Another HWMS stuff I made. Finally I managed to proper(?) design of him. He looks nerdy harmless(cinnamon roll, lol) because he’s Slytherclaw. The truth is, he’s big jokester-troll-ass when he wears his lordly sunglasses. He can make plenty of dirty jokes and everyone is like realllyyy is that really himmm? Often get bullied but he doesn’t really response to any shits, just ignore and ignore. But when he can’t tolerate anything anymore, the death is coming. rip
