The trip has been somewhat uneventful; millions of light years from one galaxy to another. Then again-- over the centuries crossing galaxies had become as mundane as day trip to Kar. But the trip had given her time to catch up on all she needed to know of her next port of call. The corporate wars, and who carved out what in the aftermath. Pandora was mid rim, seemingly innocuous and otherwise unremarkable besides its dangerous fauna and charming local culture.

At least until recently.

What she has learned is wherever a vault opens, corpos come following after. And this time, they even headhunted her for it, this time. Ancient alien tech was one of her many specialties, and frankly she could only do so much for the Repository. So she bade her friends goodbye and took on the corporate contract.

The shuttle landed with very little ceremony, revealing all to the stark, dusty world Kar was to call home for the time being. The company town was emblazoned in yellow, black, and red. A rail line ran through it, reminding her of those "Wild West" vids from the Milky Way.

BD-Y vocalized softly from her shoulder, wondering if they had the right place.

"This is where we were told to meet..." She replied to the droid as she stepped down towards the platform towards civilization. Very clearly an off-worlder, she stood out very obviously. Kar was garbed in a well-cut outfit of all-black, with wide brim canotier hat and dark sunglasses. At her side was her traveling case, and on her shoulder her ever-present companion and research assistant.

The instructions were simple enough to meet with a John at Tartarus Station. The neon sign confirmed she was at Tartarus Station, but no clue on what 'John' might look like...

          There was laughter against his lips as Nisha wrapped her arms around his shoulders, happily falling into the kiss. They were both covered in the blood of those dirty train stealers, those New Haven bandits that plagued their existence for far too long. After a moment Nisha hopped up, latching her legs around Jack for him to hold her up. “You know, this just might be the best damned birthday present ever.” She admitted, actually smiling at him, not her usual half-pleased smirk.
