Kinoah is actually very aware of the current situation with Chesh so he tries not to overstep boundaries. There are many times he could have done something to shift things in his favour where he’s concerned but hasn’t because he respects Chesh.

The way he feels about her though isn’t love or a crush. It’s building up to love interest but quite slowly as he has to check himself before impulse takes over. She comes around him often and cares for his wellbeing. She’s precious to him now. Somebody he wants to protect and sees as a person rather than a passing thing.

Kinoah Headcanons

Kinoah really likes peppermint. The candy, the tea. More often than not, he’ll smell minty with hints of other scents. Sometimes lavender. Sometimes Vanilla. Sometimes lemon.

He also has a particular taste. Of course he has male urges when seeing a lack of clothing on a woman or someone precious to him (romantically) but it’s not overly perverse. He has something strictly against raunchy, trashy perversion— he isn’t much of a pervert.

He’s had three girlfriends in the past. The first one used him because of his knight status to get popular. He broke up with her promptly after. The second was on and off. She couldn’t make up her mind—quite the vixen. Seductress. He fell for it but after a while, he couldn’t deal with it anymore. She stressed him out and with a heavy job like being a knight, those two didn’t go together very well. And the last one was a sweet girl but she couldn’t deal with the constant danger he’d put himself through. It stressed her out. So after the fatal wound, she decided to split. Especially as he’d told her prior that if she can’t deal with his job, then, maybe they aren’t suited to be together. It was a mutual break up.

He seems to be a natural gentleman with another side fuelled by impulse and desire. More than anything however, he tries to keep that side suppressed at all costs.

In terms of what he finds attractive is basically anything between modest and skimpy. Skimpy being a no-no. Anything whore-esque is an immediate turn off. He appreciates beauty over assets. If it’s tasteful, he’ll probably be okay with it. Stuff like a gym outfit with the non-sexual bra, underwear-esque shorts and sporty knee highs are an exception. It’s cute and seemingly comfortable for the girl. If she’s happy, he’s happy.

What tips the scale is ‘barely any clothing at all’. Like strings or ribbons. That’s okay with him. Because it’s more decorating the bare skin as opposed to hopelessly try to cover anything. They’re a guilty pleasure.

With short short skirts and a tiny tank top barely covering the breasts, it’s just irritating to look at. ‘If you aren’t going to cover anything then just don’t wear it. It’s pretentious.’ This preference is probably fuelled by his feelings about fake individuals. His first two lovers were fake, going by the norm and assuming they knew what he liked.

What he loves to see is his lover happy in comfortable clothing. Bonus if it’s his sweater or something. It’s too cute and he’ll most likely want to cuddle 24/7. ~~Or just frisk em~~

(( Context is that I Headcanon Kinoah to have Megumi Ogata as a vc. Something between Aoyama Masaya and Komaeda Nagito’s voice. In my head, he speaks Japanese uwu can’t help it. Anyway, more origins— his Bio picture. In the soft boy study, the faces I used as inspiration were from Komaeda, Aoyama and Yukito (softest boys). His personality seems to be a lot more like Aoyama out of them all though so ùwú ye))
