Hi everyone, it's Hypnobrainwasher. In this file, we're going to do an induction into hypnosis and then I'm going to take you deeper, to a place where you can relax and unwind for a while. This is a file written for both first-time hypnotic subjects as well as experienced subjects. To help you into hypnosis, I'm going to have you focus on doing a couple simple things for me in a moment. Hypnosis is something we can do together, you and I, and all you have to do is focus and do what I say. That's all. It's that easy.

Are you ready to enter hypnosis with me?
Let's begin.
In a moment, I'm going to help you go into hypnosis. To do this, I'd like you to do two simple things for me.
Whenever you open your eyes, take a nice, deep breath in.
And when you breathe out, let your body and mind relax more and more, more and more, almost like you're turning off for a moment.
Close your eyes for me.
Are you ready? Eyes closed? Good!
Ok.
Let's go ahead; breathe in and open your eyes. Very good.
And then breathe out, nice and slow, closing your eyes and feel your body relax as you let it all out.
Good
Once more, breathe in, and open.
Breathe out and relax.
Breathe in, and open

Keep breathing like this, and
If you want, you can simply let your eyes remain closed, and relax more with every breath

Letting yourself drop into hypnosis

With every word dropping deeper into hypnosis and relaxing more,

Imagining yourself sinking into the softest bed in the world
The soft white sheets smell clean and crisp and fresh and gently welcome you onto the soft, luxurious bed, inviting you to let go
As you let go, you sink wonderfully into the bed
Feeling amazing
Feeling so wonderful, worry free
Your mind at ease, becoming less and less troubled
Until there's nothing left to bother you
Nothing left to bother you
You're just listening and
Relaxing to my voice
Sinking into my voice
You are very safe in this moment
Know that I will guide you, and that
You deserve to relax and unwind
You deserve to relax and unwind
Imagining that with every word I say, any stress and tension you may have left flows out of your body
And disappears, and is replaced with positive feelings, positive energy
Look inward and scan your body for tension,
and anywhere you find it, let it go
Release it
Let it leave
Let it disappear
Draw attention to each part of your body I name, and relax it for me
Imagining it relaxing for me, and it will be so.
Scan your feet… then your legs..
Your hands… then your arms…
That's good, good
Let the stress and tension go
Scan the top of your head.. Then your face.. Your jaw.. Let the tension go
Relax your neck.. Feel the tension leave.. Feeling amazing
Then scan your chest.. Your back… that's good
Very good
And anywhere I didn't mention where you have stress still,
Just let all of it go
Just feeling loose, and free
Feeling good
And as you relax and your stress and tension fades away, you may feel other feelings, sensations, or emotion become more prominent. This is normal. Let those feelings and sensations and emotions come up. You may feel a sense of relief as they do, and that's good. This is you returning to a more natural state, a more balanced state. This is you reaching an equilibrium.
You're so smart for taking a rest like this. It does you so much good. When you wake up, you'll feel so much better all because you took this time to listen to me.
And Imagine that with every word I say, the stress and anxiety of decision-making fades away more
Let my words, my voice take your worries away, let it relax your mind, too, even more

If you notice a thought in your mind right now, simply make a note of it, and let it go

I just want you to feel now, to focus on how you feel
Focusing inward on how good you feel, how relaxed you are already
Feeling good, positive, motivated,
Imagine something that makes you smile
It could be a person, or an item
It could be a memory or experience
It could be something recent or from long ago
All that matters is the thought of it makes you happy
Find that thing in your mind, and
Hold on to that feeling, that positive feeling
Imagine that feeling growing and growing inside of you
Feel that smile appear on your face if you want, that beautiful smile of yours
And feel your body relax even more, and even more,
Relaxing, peaceful, with a smile on your face and positive feelings inside of you
Enjoy this feeling. Remember how this feels. You can always come back here. All it takes is a couple minutes of listening. That's all. So very easy.
