#extension german did it... our teacher recorded our spoken conversation exercises to play back in order to give feedback #once you've been subjected to listening to yourself talk in a foreign language while in between pauses to correct your grammar/content...#yeah well for me at least I soon stopped having a meltdown whenever I heard it #I adapted #and now I host podcasts :)#lmao #precipitation

the best idea I’ve had in a long time was slip my hot water bottle under the sheets at the end of my bed about half an hour before going to bed. no more insomnia because my feet are blocks of ice. I’m a genius.
