night shift means having to clean so many dishes and prep alotta stuff for morning shift , and making sure the store is clean from top to bottom before we leave and having to get alotta stuff done early that doesn’t stay clean/prepared bc night shift rushes Happen
if I could get all the cleaning n stuff done at my own pace after close n not risk the boss getting upset bc he’d haveta pay us more, I’d be fine
but the store closes at 9:00 and we gotta gtfo by 9:15 most of the time n if the place doesn’t look perfect we get upset text messages from managers
I’d probs love night shift literally Anywhere Else but in my Hell Store lmao
